Pacific Time: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm weekdays, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Saturdays, closed Sundays. Closures for holidays, events, and vacations may apply.
We try to post expected closures on our website whenever possible.
Shipping Information
- Primary carriers include FedEx for most domestic orders, with Postal Service used when possible for qualifying destinations.
- Minimum packaging and shipping charges begin at $15 domestic, $28 Canada, and $24 overseas, with higher surcharges possible for Alaska, Hawaii, and oversized shipments.
- A physical street address is required. Many carriers cannot deliver to post office boxes or APO-style destinations for these orders.
Orders
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- You will be notified before fulfillment if pricing changes.
- Orders must be prepaid before shipment.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders help determine demand and production run sizes for expensive or developing parts. Items in pre-order status are often still in research and development, so final pricing may adjust before shipment. Parts are billed when ready to ship.
If costs come in higher than expected, pricing may need to change before production. If costs come in lower, customers receive that benefit. The goal is still the lowest practical retail price.
Payments
- Washington residents must add applicable sales tax.
- Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.
- Overseas credit cards must be linked to an American bank.
- C.O.D. is not available.
- Additional payment options may include debit card, money order, certified bank check, and PayPal where appropriate.
NSF check charges: $35. Please provide part numbers when ordering to help verify order accuracy.
Freight and Export Notes
- Large items such as hoods, fenders, quarter panels, and skins may require truck freight.
- Truck freight shipments include a flat $38 crating fee.
- Inspect truck freight shipments before signing. Signing first can limit or complicate claims handling.
- Export dimensions, postal limits, carrier rules, and destination restrictions can affect shipping options and cost.
- A minimum 5% packaging and administrative fee is incorporated into export surcharges.
- Please do not request altered customs values. We will not participate in customs fraud.
- Some European Union and United Kingdom destinations may require alternate processing because of VAT and reporting requirements.
- Canadian routing options may differ based on parcel size, postal limits, and importer availability.
European Union and United Kingdom restrictions: some orders may require alternate handling because of VAT, filing, and compliance burdens. In certain cases, processing may need to be routed through an alternate sales channel.
Canadian shipments: some larger Canadian orders may be routed through an importer to reduce brokerage exposure, but that can increase transit time depending on border-crossing schedules.
Damaged Parts
Report damage within 48 hours for fastest processing. Keep all original packaging and parts for potential inspection. Replacement shipments are processed after claim verification. Expedited replacement service may require the customer to cover the difference between the original and upgraded shipping method.
Layson's handles the claim process directly whenever possible, but missing packaging or delayed reporting can slow or prevent recovery.
Shipping Times
Typical shipping is within 5 business days for postal money orders, cashier's checks, and certified checks, and within 7 business days after receipt for personal checks. Holidays, inventory periods, vacations, and peak-season demand can extend timelines.
Returns and Refunds
- Authorization is required for returns.
- Pre-authorized returns are generally subject to a 20% restocking fee or $20 minimum.
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected or subject to larger penalties.
- Within 90 days of shipment, parts may be returned with authorization if they remain in original condition and packaging.
- Export surface orders use a 75-day window.
- Used, installed, electrical, special-order, and custom-order items may have limited or no refund eligibility.
- Defective merchandise may qualify for shipping reimbursement and restocking fee relief after confirmation.
- No returns, refunds, adjustments, or exchanges after the stated window.
- Do not bring returns to shows or events; they must be processed through the main office.
- Order cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee, or $20 minimum, regardless of billing status.
Exporters purchasing for resale may be subject to shorter return limitations. Installed electrical items remain non-refundable, and used or installed parts are reviewed case by case.
Surcharges and Compliance
Shipping and handling surcharges are based on average fulfillment cost, including labor, materials, and carrier charges. It is always best to request a shipping quote before sending in your order.
California Proposition 65 handling can require warning labels on shipped products, even where no specific item-by-item testing has been performed. That labeling workload is why the California-only surcharge exists.
Unfilled Orders
Quantities can be limited in reproduction, NOS, and used parts. If an order cannot be filled within a reasonable period, payment is returned promptly after backlog notification and contact attempts.
Phone and website orders with backordered items are generally billed as those items ship rather than far in advance. If a backorder remains open for an extended period, the part may be re-confirmed before billing.
Trademark Notice
Manufacturer names and marks are used for identification only. Reproduction and aftermarket items are not affiliated with or endorsed by OEM trademark owners unless explicitly stated.
- NOS parts are genuine period Chrysler parts obtained through dealer or reseller channels.
- Reproduction items are not approved by or affiliated with Chrysler or related OEM entities.
- Aftermarket items are functional replacement parts and may not be visually identical to original production parts.
- Ultimately, the buyer is responsible for confirming correctness for the specific vehicle and use case.
