Electonic ignitions offer many advantages over the older breaker (points) type distributors. They generate a much hotter spark which improves plug life, power and mileage, and they are much less maintenance intensive. These kits contain the control unit, complete distributor, wiring harness, electrical connectors, vacuum advance units and instructions -- everything required to convert from points to electronic ignition. Note: Not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles.

IF you wish for that lower quality but correct looking unit instead with this kit - please mention that at time of order to be replaced with the factory Orange box.
