It is thermostatically controlled to provide continuous cooling of your engin's oil. Install in oil filter circuit. Oil circulates in a continuous loop from the pan, through the pump, then to the cooler. Includes built-in relief valve. Designed for simple installation. Cooler is 1-1/2" thick. Measures 6" W x 18" L.
