Dodge made the 1969 Charger aerodynamic by adding a smooth, sloped front cowl, and the famous spoiler that kept the Charger glued to the track. So competitive was the Charger’s, they were eventually banned by NASCAR officials to race on NASCAR tracks. The new Testor Lincoln Mint 1969 Charger is only guilty of being banned of a high price. The Charger has all the details of the more expensive metal replicas, but with the added bonus of building the kit.
