Adjustable Brake Master Cylinder Rod. Allows you to lengthen the main master cylinder push rod to raise the foot and allow for less pedal swing for braking. A good example is when you convert from a single master cylinder to a dual master cylinder the single master cylinder rod is going to make the pedal swing much further before engaging brakes - this adjustable unit will allow you to get good pedal feel much earlier in the swing of the foot brake.
