Armrest Pads - Convertible pair rear arm rest pads - WHITE These 67-69 Convertible pads have the bolt through design versus the clip design as originals did. For those that are placing these pads on original rear side panels, you can leave the metal base on the underside of panel that has the two rectangular holes for the clips to go through - and instead just drill two new holes to the inside of each existing clip hole to apply the mounting screw and washer to the underside of plastic side cover that holds the armrest pads. The screw and washer then would go from the underside - through the thin metal base plate, through thin plastic, and into the underside of the armrest pad - holding it in place
