Power Steering Box Rebuild Service

We take your Federal, Thompson Slipper or Saginaw power steering pump with reservoir cores and rebuild them to factory specs. Clean, paint and assemble with all new seals and parts. Some pumps may require additional work or may not be savable depending on condition when we recieve it. All work is quoted after inspection and approved by the customer prior to rebuild. Below pricing is an average typical price for a rebuild. Warranteed for as long as you own the car.

Well it's not. But we have the answer to over assisted "No-Feel" power steering. An option, found on on H-D police cars was the genesis of this design for power steering box innovations. All our power steering boxes are shot blasted, hot tanked and thoroughly cleaned. All seals, rings, and bearings are replaced. All hard parts are thoroughly inspected and the box is then fitted with our exclusive reaction springs, ranging in three steps from slightly firmer than the OE police box to two steps firmer yet, depending on your needs. All boxes are bench tested and shipped ready to install. Core charges do apply and are refundable upon receipt of a good core - $250.
