Give us specific measurements of what size patch you need and where on the panel and we will punch that to order. Lead time is 1 week to ship. Maximum size to avoid truck freight is as follows. Bear in mind this is the “box” size so the part has to fit within these measurements. Maximum length is 108”. Length plus girth must be at or less than 165” total. Patch behind wheel well lip (also covers the first 6" of the wheel lip itself) to the rear valance panel. Goes up to just past the body curve in the panel that is a little above the rear bumper level.
Made in the USA! For you 1966 Cuda Owners - The rear lower patch panel for the 1965 Cuda (#KK-635RPR) will fit on the 1966 'Cuda as well. The body line on the 1965 'Cuda about bumper high is different and so this patch is only usable up to that point (the lower 2/3 of this panel).

This is the patch between the back of the wheel arch and the rear valance panel. Measures 30"(L) x 14"(H). For you 1966 Cuda Owners - The rear lower patch panel for the 1965 Cuda (#KK-635RPR) will fit on the 1966 'Cuda as well. The body line on the 1965 'Cuda about bumper high is different and so this patch is only usable up to that point (the lower 2/3 of this panel).

3/4 full lower patch panel. Goes from the rear valance panel forward past the wheel arch (approx 5"). Will not go all the way to the top on the quarter, but will be at approx 5" above the wheel arch area.

*Please Note: At the bottom rear portion of these panels, they may require a little hand work to smooth the panel out. During the stamping of these parts, some small imperfections will be evident at that location.
**Note: For you 1966 Cuda owners-- The rear lower patch panels for the 1965 Cuda (KK-635RPL, KK-635RPR) will fit on the 1966 Cuda as well. However, the body line on the 1965 Cuda at about bumper high, is different, so this patch is only useable up to that point (lower 2/3 of the panel) for 1966 Cuda owners.
