This is the chrome lockstrip which is centered in the weatherstripping for both the front and rear window glass. This Reproduction weatherstrip is not as original in that it is a smooth chrome bead versus the original ridged bead. Protective plastic cover is pulled away just before installing so that you are guaranteed a clean smooth chrome finish look.
