This protects your door panels from getting soaked by having this clear plastic / paper barrier between the door panel and the metal frame of the door. Seals to interior sheet metal of door covering the entire inner door and rear quarter window panels and their access holes. Then the door panel / Rear panel goes over to complete the door panel installation.
