Heater Box Restorations

For Non A/C applications. Heater box is disassembled and cleaned. All parts are inspected. All gaskets and clips are replaced. The case is repaired if needed (quoted prior to any work), and can be painted if desired (quoted option). The blower motor is checked only to be sure it works and a New heater core is installed if old unit is leaking or old unit can be put back in to save money if not leaking and holding our pressure tests. The internal metal flappers are sandblasted and painted (powder coating is an option) before re-installing and assembly. This is basically a choice of what you want done based on quote options we provide

For A/C or Non A/C applications. The heater box is completely disassembled, cleaned and bead blasted. All parts are thoroughly inspected. All gaskets and clips are replaced. The blower motor is rebuilt and a remanufactured heater core is installed. This includes the plating on flappers, brackets, and all metal hardware. A/C heater box is restored as stated above, but in addition the evaporator core is pressure tested and repaired as needed. Please Note: Vacuum actuators are tested for proper operation and repaired or replaced at an additional cost. Turnaround times fluctuate during the year, but expect aprox. 4 to 6 weeks.
