All pre-authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All un-authorized returns are subject to a maximum restocking fee at 50%. Any part that was installed or used will be refunded at only 50%. All other funds will be returned. (Excludes electrical parts which are non-refundable after installation.
